On the past few occasions I have gone to this subway, I have failed to get what I would like. For many months now they no longer sell coffee. Tuna has not been in stock for the past year, on any occasion I have visited. And on the last two visits, they have had no mayonnaise, and today there was no ham or no mayonnaise. This will be my last visit to this store, service is really lacking, I don't understand how they can still be in business.

Shop closes at 5pm. I was there 4:36 and there was a printed paper written: “we collect orders till 4:45” (or we close 4:45 don’t remember it right). I asked the 2 employees (a woman and a man) if they were closed. They said yes. According to Google shop closes at 5pm. Subway Listowel will never see any penny from me. Bad customer service. This was today 10/02/2024.

They had leaflets out with an offer that they refused to honour. When I asked why the leaflet was there then the staff member rudely answered they were only weekend staff.

came in just now 20min before closing amd the staff member decided to be the rudest human being ever. She acted as if her being there was the worst punishment ever. Invest into better staff good luck 👍👎 …
